Camp Equipment Requirements:

For those campers attending dance lessons, leather-soled shoes are required.  The camp will provide room and board for each night, per your registration election.  Towels and bedding are not included.  Full meal service is available and included for the package that you are registered for (breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus morning and afternoon snacks).  Additional snacks and beverages will also be available for purchase at the camp ground.  Shopping is also available within driving distance of the campground.  Campers are encouraged to bring any and all items for their own needs – toiletries, clothing, dance shoes, towels, bedding, and any personal medications.  Though the facilities are adequate, they are NOT Hotel quality.  You may need to bring certain other items not included above, such as: mosquito/insect spray, sun lotion, or calamine lotion -- there may be poison ivy in the forest near the site grounds (for those who are adventurous).

Health Statement:

All campers are expected to be in adequate health to join in the dance instruction.  Lessons will include some strenuous exercise.  Please also note that Michigan weather can vary from cool to hot and/or humid during June-July.  Please notify us if you have any special health needs or limitations.  Campers will be expected to use appropriate judgment and refrain from any portions of the camp that they do not feel comfortable with.  A general waiver/liability form will be presented at the time of check-in.

Age Requirement:

The camp is open to visitors of all ages, however, any campers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  Those under 18 are welcome for lessons, although dance instruction will be directed toward an adult audience.  Please contact us if you have any questions about age-appropriateness.
