The Place:

Located just a mile from the Ohio border in the beautiful rolling hills of Western Pennsylvania, the SNPJ Recreation Center offers a peaceful, rustic setting for the 2026 Csipke Tábor.  It’s the perfect spot for this year’s camp, with semi-private spaces to enjoy both community and privacy.

The nearest airport is Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT), about a 45-minute drive. (Camp organizers can arrange transportation between the airport and the campsite.) An Amtrak station is also located about 45 minutes away.

The Facilities:

The SNPJ Recreation Center is nestled among rolling hills, the facility features a rustic barn perfect for dance instruction and táncház, a separate pavilion for kids’ program, and an outdoor eating facility. Campers also have access to a pool, playground, and additional recreation areas.

Accommodations:

Family-friendly with 48 cabins available, the camp offers a variety of cabin sizes that can accommodate multiple families in one cabin, as well as families of different sizes and group needs. Cabins are semi-rustic and include a refrigerator, running water, and a private bathroom. Please note: cabins are not air-conditioned, and portable or window AC units are NOT permitted — BRING A FAN!  There are multiple outdoor grills and fire pits available.
